Google Map's imagery is from 2018, so you can't see the work underway there, but it is clearly visible on street view. Also, Google Earth has more up to date imagery in which the new roof and entrance can easily be seen.
A good read. And certainly true that coordinating responses to major wildfires that are becoming 'common' may not be a good fit with GOCs current setup.
